Abstract

В статье цифровая трансформация финансовых услуг рассматривается как системный процесс, в котором технологии взаимодействуют с институциональной средой, рынком и поведением потребителей. Предложена концептуальная модель из пяти взаимосвязанных блоков: технологические драйверы, институциональная среда, рыночная трансформация, потребительское измерение и результаты устойчивого развития. Модель рассмотрена на международном опыте и примере Узбекистана, где цифровизация финансового сектора реализуется через стратегию развития финтеха, модернизацию платежной инфраструктуры, удаленный банкинг и регуляторные инициативы. Показано, что устойчивый эффект цифровизации зависит не только от роста числа пользователей и транзакций, но и от доверия, киберустойчивости, защиты данных, цифровой грамотности и пропорционального регулирования.
